Four easy steps:

Go to the Microsoft store.

Click the ‘Get it now’ button on that page. That will add Draftsmith to Word (you can easily remove it if you don’t like it).

Draftsmith will appear in the ribbon in Microsoft Word.

Click Draftsmith in the ribbon and launch it. When it opens, enter your sign in details.
