Draftsmith Supplemental Terms

These Supplemental Terms supplement and are incorporated by the Draftsmith Service Agreement accessible at: Draftsmith Service Agreement as amended from time to time (the “Service Agreement”). In the case of any irreconcilable conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the Service Agreement, the conflicting provision(s) of the Service Agreement shall prevail.

Capitalized terms used in these Supplemental Terms have the meanings provided in the Service Agreement unless separately defined herein.

1.              SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS

In addition to the Service Agreement’s other provisions, the following provisions apply to you if and to the extent that you use any of the tools described below in connection with the Service:

1.1.           Microsoft Word Add-In.

You represent and warrant to us that your use of the Service complies with any licenses and/or other agreements between Microsoft and you and any Authorized Users.
